A study agreement can be concluded by logging into the Vilnius University Online Enrollment Service System (VU ISAS) with your LAMA BPO registration number, visible in the LAMA BPO system's SUMMARY section, and personal code (for non-LR citizens – personal document number). There are two ways to conclude a study agreement: 1) using personal Swedbank, SEB, Šiaulių bankas or Luminor (DNB bank) banking services for personal identification. You can find a guide to concluding a contract through banks here. 2) without having the above-mentioned banking – performing identity identification in VU ISAS. Identification is carried out after the applicant submits a scanned or photographed version of his personal document (passport or identity card). Entrants will be informed about successful identification by e-mail. Other documents required for identification: - a certificate of surname change – in cases where the applicant's surname in the LAMA BPO system and the identity document do not match; - parental consent (free form) – if a minor concludes the study contract; - authorisation – if an authorized person concludes the contract.
