Currently, the Study Departments within the core academic units (faculties) of University provide all essential study certificates and other documents to currently enrolled students and unclassified students at the University without any cost |
At Vilnius University, both graduates and individuals who have discontinued their studies can acquire essential certificates, duplicate diplomas, diploma supplements, transcripts, and other necessary documents.
The documents* can be ordered by e-mail by sending :
1. A signed request in the prescribed form:
2. A copy of an identification document (passport / personal identity card);
3. A receipt for the paid fee (you will find the fee amounts and payment details below).
Additional education documents and certificates are issued no later than 30 calendar days from the date of submitting the request and other necessary documents.
* documents related to residency studies are issued at Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University.

External institutions that need to verify education documents issued by Vilnius University can avail the service of verification and request the issuance or completion of certificates directly from the Vilnius University.
The service can be ordered by email by sending:
1. A signed consent from the person whose education documents need to be verified;
2. A receipt for the paid fee (you will find the fee amounts and payment details below).
The service will be provided no later than 30 calendar days from the date of submitting the request and other necessary documents.
