Career tests
If you do not know which career path might be right for you, it is best to consult a career counselor. However, you can also start the search yourself with the help of career tests:

The basic rules for writing a CV and the different types of CVs can be found here. If you are already familiar with this information, try to create your resume.
You can take advantage of free programs on the Internet that offer a variety of templates. Templates can also be purchased on various Lithuanian and foreign websites. One of those is Canvawhere you can create your stylish resume free of charge. There you will find many templates, in which you will be able to change the descriptions and the information. However, you will need to register on that website.
Another way to create a resume is Wozber. You will not need to create an account there; you can just choose a free template and enter your information. When you are done filling in, click "Preview" and a "Download" button will appear at the bottom.

Cover letter templates
Most important rules of a cover letter are here. You can as well use cover letter templates for inspiration. Remember, however, that the best cover letter is the one that you have written yourself and that was created specifically for each position.

Thing to do before the job interview
- Download the app / register on a platform where the interview will take place
- Inform the employer, if you are late or unable to attend
- Join the conversation at least 2 minutes in advance
- Make sure that the camera and microphone are working properly. Choose a quiet, well-lit room
- Take a look at the company description and responsibilities of the position
- Take care of proper clothing and personal hygiene

Avoid these phrases during the job interview
