Mentoring
Mentoring is a process that occurs when an experienced mentor meets a mentee who is seeking to develop and find answers.
Mentoring can help:
- to advance in own professional life/career;
- to improve skills, knowledge, and abilities;
- to know yourself and your potential better and thus accelerate your personal and professional growth;
- to motivate and empower you to set your own professional goals and help you to overcome challenges as they arise;
- to acquire valuable professional contacts that could facilitate future job search and projects.
How long does it take:
The duration of the mentoring directly depends on the issue and its complexity. Sometimes one meeting is enough, but usually, a mentoring process lasts up to three months (we recommend meeting at least once a month).
If you would like to consult with an expert in your field – an organisation representative, a faculty member, or a senior student – log in as a mentee and choose a mentor.
