Risa Ainbinderaitė (1920–?) was born in Simferopol (Crimea), in the family of Zelikas Aibinderis and Elka Ainbinderienė. In 1936, she entered Kupiškis State Gymnasium, completing it in 1940. In the same year, she entered the Department of Philology of the Faculty of Humanities of Vilnius University. She studied there for a year. On 19 September 1941 she was expelled from the university on the basis of the Order of 17 September 1940 of the Higher Education Department of the Board of Education, under the authority of the National Socialists.
