Dveirė Fainaitė-Valdšteinienė (1920–?) was born in Kaunas. In 1939, she graduated from the private 2nd Jewish Gymnasium in Kaunas. In 1939, she entered the Biology Department at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Vytautas Magnus University. In 1940, she applied to be transferred to the Economics Department at the Faculty of Economics of Vilnius University, where she continued her studies. On 19 September 1941, Fainaitė-Valdšteinienė was expelled from the university by the Order of 17 September 1941 of the Department of Higher Education under the Board of Education, which was subordinate to the National Socialists. No further information on her fate is known.
