Vulfas Fridmanas (1922–?) was born in Pilviškiai, Vilkaviškis County. In 1940, he graduated from the private 1st Jewish Gymnasium in Kaunas. That same year, he applied for admission to the Chemistry Department at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Vytautas Magnus University, but was not accepted due to a limited number of places. In 1940, he entered the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University. On 19 September 1941, Fridmanas was expelled from the university by the Order of 17 September 1941 of the Department of Higher Education under the Board of Education, which was subordinate to the National Socialists. No further information on the fate of Fridmanas is known.
