Irena Levicka (1919–?) was born in Lviv (her father’s name was Jonas Levickas). In 1939, she graduated from E. Ožeškienė’s Gymnasium in Vilnius. In 1939, Levicka entered the Medical Department of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Stefan Batory University and continued studying there until 13 December that year. In 1940, she filed a repeated application to enter the university and continue her studies; her application was successful. According to the list of 10 November 1941, she was expelled from the university. In her applicant questionnaire Levicka noted that during the years of German occupation, she had worked as a laboratory assistant in the laboratory of the Children's Polyclinic. On 14 October 1944, she applied to continue her studies and was accepted. There are no documents confirming that she successfully completed her studies. Irena Levicka’s name is included in the card-type register of the citizens who went to Poland (LCVA, f. R-841). No further information on the fate of Irena Levicka is known.
