Pesė Antupickaitė (1919–?) was born in Vilkija, Kaunas County, in the family of Faivelis Antupickis and Henė Vitkinaitė. Antupickaitė completed a four-year course in Latin at Vilkija State School. In 1938, she successfully finished her eight years of studies with a specialisation in mathematics and the natural sciences at Kaunas State Gymnasium No. 3. That year, Antupickaitė filed an application to study at the Faculty of Medicine of Vytautas Magnus University. In addition, she also filed a separate application to the Rector asking to be accepted as an unclassified student at the Department of Philology of the Faculty of Humanities. Antupickaitė was not accepted to study at the Faculty of Medicine; thus, she applied to the university, asking to be a student at the Department of Philology of the Faculty of Humanities, which was transferred to Vilnius in 1940. On 19 September 1941, Antupickaitė was expelled from the university on the basis of the Order of 17 September 1941 of the Department of Higher Education of the Board of Education. No further information on the fate of Pesė Antupickaitė is known.
