Blaževskis Leonas (1916-?) was born in Sukhumi (present-day Georgia) into the family of Jonas and Domininka Blaževskis. In 1925, he moved with his family to Poland. From 1933 to 1937, he attended J. Słowacki State Gymnasium in Polish and successfully graduated. He studied medicine for one year at Stephen Báthory University. In 1940, he entered the Department of Medicine of the Faculty of Mathematics and Nature of Vilnius University. In 1942, he was expelled from the university by an order of the Commissar General. In 1944, he applied to Vilnius University for the second time. Leonas wished to continue his medical studies from the third year but was accepted to the second year. The further course of studies and his fate are unknown.
