This gains momentum considering the recent social issues of immigrant flows to Europe, emigration rates from Lithuania and cultural activities of Lithuanian diasporas worldwide. From a diversity perspective, women studies constitute a specific area of the group‘s research. The group plans to provide research-informed advice to public bodies on economic (innovation), cultural and migration policy development.

COST Action CA19117: Researcher Mental Health (ReMo) ReMO focuses on wellbeing and mental health within academia, a theme of strategic importance for the European Research Area. Previous research shows that low levels of wellbeing and mental health problems have a negative impact on individual, team and organizational performance, triggering significant costs. In addition, institutional context, organizational structure and culture, as well as managerial practices have significant impact on wellbeing and health of employees. Therefore, general insights on the causes of workplace wellbeing and mental health need to be refined with contextual specifics (i.e. in academia) in order to develop tailored, effective and efficient prevention and action programs. Action Details: MoU - 020/20; CSO Approval date - 24/03/2020; Start date - 22/09/2020; End date - 21/09/2024; https://projects.tib.eu/remo Representatives: Senior researcher A.
