Teaching Institutional Resilience and Prompt Reaction to Crisis: Good Governance Experiences in Europe. Erasmus + project. 2020-2022
Partners: University of Iceland (Iceland), University of Zagreb (Croatia), Academia De Studii Economice Din Bucuresti and Omega Trust Srl (Romania), Vilnius University (Lithuania), Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain).
The project contributes to a better understanding of good governance, especially in times of crisis, and optimises ways of building institutional resilience through cooperation between public and private actors.
Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM). Global programme. 2021-present

Vilnius University Business School is the major coordinator in Lithuania. The programme began in 1999, and since then the consortium has become the richest source of reliable information on the state of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ecosystems across the globe, publishing not only the GEM Global Report annually but also a range of national and special topics reports each year. GEM's study covers around 115 countries from every corner of the globe that have participated in GEM research.
The program aims to analyse entrepreneurship, an essential driver of societal health and wealth. It is also a formidable engine of economic growth. It promotes the essential innovation required to exploit new opportunities, promote productivity, and create employment. It also addresses some of society's most significant challenges, such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or the economic shockwave created by the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic.

Project UNIcorn aims to strengthen the consortium universities' capacity and governance of research commercialisation and innovation. The wider objective is to strengthen the Baltic region's capacity for research commercialisation, technology transfer, and entrepreneurial education. The project activities address the role of higher education institutions (HEIs) in producing research to solve societal challenges.
Projectification and Sustainable Governance of Projects (PASGOP). Erasmus + project. 2020-2023
Project partners: University of Iceland (Iceland), University of Belgrad (Serbia).
Project PASGOP aims to foster the awareness of Projectification and Sustainable Project Management, improve the mobility of teachers and students, and promote internationalisation among the participating countries. The project will result in integrating the principles of ensuring sustainability in the project management study module at partner institutions and implementing a "pilot" module on sustainable project management.
Evaluation of the usefulness os State participation in pension accumulation systems.Lithuanian Research Council project.
During the project, state participation in pension accumulation systems has been evaluated on an actual benefit basis in terms of macroeconomics, protection of interests of accumulation participants, and social aspects in selected Eastern and Central European countries during the last 20 years. In order to propose fiscal, economic, and social changes to the pension system that can increase the benefits of state participation at the macro and micro levels, predicted future results and the benefits of state participation are analysed.
Engagement and Delivery Research Centre. Joint Research.
Vilnius University Business School and Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) established a joint Research, Engagement and Delivery Research Centre (R-E-D). It is a unique strategic partnership aiming to share focus and expertise in entrepreneurship, family business, and innovation. It puts in place an initial two-year agreement that will see LUMS establish a base on the Vilnius Business School campus to pursue opportunities for collaborative research and support for high-growth businesses.
