General Figures of Vilnius University

Vilnius University has 11 Faculties, Life Sciences Centre, Institute of International Relations and Political Science, Business School, Šiauliai Academy, one of the oldest Libraries in Lithuania, the Astronomical Observatory, the Botanical Garden, Centre of Information Technology Development, and two hospitals. In 2022, there were 23 245 students at the University, 14 029 of them in undergraduate studies, 4 023 in graduate studies, and 3 565 in integrated studies. There were 830 MDs in residency, 798 doctoral students, research and teaching is carried out by 3 086 specialists, 2 332 of them teachers, 754 scholars, including 2 405 habilitated doctors and doctors.
