General Figures of Vilnius University

Vilnius University has 11 Faculties, Life Sciences Centre, Institute of International Relations and Political Science, Business School, one of the oldest Libraries in Lithuania, the Astronomical Observatory, the Botanical Garden, Centre of Information Technology Development, 2 Hospitals of Vilnius University. In 2017, there were 19 147 students at the University, 11 262 of them in undergraduate studies, 3356 in graduate studies, and 2799 in integrated studies. There were 806 MDs in residency and 830 doctoral students. Research and teaching is carried out by 2667 specialists, 2005 of them teachers, 662 scholars, including 1776 habilitated doctors and doctors.
