Photostability determination of solutions and films of organic compounds. The photostability is evaluated by measuring fluorescence and phosphorescence intensity dependence on time using light emitting diode, xenon lamp or laser as the excitation source.
One sample per one measurement. Materials should have an intense absorption and fluorescence in the range from 196 nm to 957 nm and should be dissolvable in organic solvents (acetone, tetrahydrofuran, dimethylsulfoxide, dimethylformamide, ethanol, methanol, etc.).
Application. The estimated photostability of organic compounds will help to evaluate its perspectives to be applied at modern organic electronics devices (organic light emitting diodes, organic solar cells, sensors).
