The set consists of: 1) XUV detection and registration system. Spectral range is 1-310 nm, resolution 0.1 nm. 2) Vacuum chamber with a pump. Inner chamber dimensions are 610×810×175 mm. The pressure is maintained in the 1x10-7 - 1000 mbar range.
