To prepare universal specialist study programme content is directed to gain qualifications for customers and staff management in multicultural business environment. Besides processes operation these specialist develop competence to follow global tendencies of sustainable development in context of environmental impact of the business.

Key Learning Outcomes

The graduates of the programme will be able:

To apply their theoretical knowledge, analytical methods and skills to analyse and evaluate business operations and management processes
To deeply understand the business processes related with production and services when providing operations in the local market and the global space
To analyse business changes and creatively evaluate the chosen ways of communication integration
To identify and analyse new business problems, to plan their decision strategies and to model business expansions
To evaluate a business environment and to create new businesses and the related workplaces, in accordance with the market demand

Programme Specific Requirements

20 ECTS credits in the management and optional course units in the fields of economics and business and management earned in bachelor studies or at least one year of professional experience gained in the field and a free-form statement indicating the length of employment and the job position issued by the employer supporting it provided.
