The programme is designed to develop the student’s written and spoken communication skills in English (C1) and German (B2-C1) that are essential for a successful career. The curriculum includes a variety of courses that are aimed at helping students develop their language skills, as well as advanced skills in the fields of linguistic research and intercultural communication.

  • The English and Another Foreign Language (German) programme is based on a student-centred approach. It is designed to foster the student’s learning motivation, while developing his/her competencies necessary in order to meet the needs of social and personal development, both in the local and global labour market. It also helps a student to acquire the general and subject-specific competencies compatible with a Bachelor’s

    degree, which will prepare the student for further studies or work.

  • In the 5th semester, students have the opportunity to apply for a one-time scholarship of EUR 2000 established by Reiz Tech UAB.

What comes after?

  • This programme allows students to build successful careers in a wide variety of fields, including international business, tourism and public service. Our graduates find employment as translators, mediators, proofreaders, language advisors, lexicographers, digital copywriters, content creators and public servants. They may also choose to go into publishing, marketing, working for foreign embassies, governments and the EU institutions, or for the (inter)national media, etc.
  • Upon the completion of the programme, graduates will have developed the necessary skills to pursue their Master’s degree in the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. They will have a wide range of options in the fields of psychology, education, political science, international relations, history, fine arts, design, sociology, and so many more, with further specific areas of specialisation available.
