VU Library Invites to Contribute to the Improvement of the Provided Services
Some of the most important things that Vilnius University (VU) Library aims to provide are services that meet the needs of all its users, comfortable and user-friendly environment and qualified informational support. In striving to get to know its users better and satisfy their expectations as well as ensure library services of even higher quality, VU Library asks all users of to fill in a LibQUAL questionnaire and share their opinions on what improvements are necessary.
VU Library asks to evaluate all services provided – starting from the scope of resources, quality of the service and ending with offered study spaces and atmosphere. This will help the library to improve and create the space where every member of our community would feel comfortable.
By filling in the questionnaire students, professors and external users of the library will also enter a contest – every respondent will get a chance to win library souvenirs.
LibQUAL is an international data collection tool used in various parts of the world which helps find out the users’ expectations, compare inter-institutional data and establish the best practices of the library services and adopt them in our organization.
The library invites its’ users to fill in the questionnaire until May 28, filling time takes up to 15 minutes.
