The Implementation of Alliance4Life_ACTIONS Begins
The Alliance4Life life science alliance, which unites 12 European research institutions including Vilnius University, from 11 Central and Eastern Europe countries received 2 million EUR grant this year for implementation of the A4L_ACTIONS (Alliance for Life Sciences: From Strategies to Actions in Central and Eastern Europe) Horizon 2020 project.
The new A4L_ACTIONS project aims to close Europe’s research and innovation gap in the field of life sciences, improve institutional project management culture, and inspire research policy reforms in Central and Eastern Europe. During the project, the strategies developed in the first phase of the project will be implemented and the identified good practices will be applied. Project activities will continue for three years.
All interested in life science and A4L activities are invite to the remote Alliance4Life_ACTIONS kick-off conference on 25 May, 10:00 – 12:30 (CET), where the members of European Parliament, European Commission and Alliance itself will present the importance of this project.
