The Finish president visited Vilnius University

On May 14 The President of the Republic of Finland H. E. Sauli Niinistö has visited Vilnius University.

The acting rector prof. Jūras Banys has introduced to him the rich history of Vilnius University and its recent research activities.

The president has signed the Guest book and had a short tour of the Old Campus. He also visited a special exhibition of old maps and books, dedicated to the history of Finland.
