The Coins Organisers Invite Arqus Students to Participate in the Conference Free of Charge
The Vilnius University Students’ Representation invites Arqus undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students to the 19th International Conference of Life Sciences, COINS 2025, which will take place in Vilnius from March 17 to 20, 2025.
Organized by students since 2004, The COINS has become a premier event in Life Sciences, bringing together researchers, students, and the wider community. Over the years, it has featured eight Nobel Prize winners, and this year’s keynote lecture will be delivered by the 2024 Nobel Laureate in Medicine or Physiology, Prof. Victor Ambros. Other prominent speakers include Kelly Krause (Nature Creative Director), Prof. Eugene Koonin (NCBI), Prof. Stefan Kaufmann (Max Planck Institute), and Kees Moeliker (Ig Nobel Prize laureate).
The leading themes of this year’s conference are Biodiversity/Environment, Genetics, Biotechnology/Biomedicine, and Biophysics/Astrobiology. Participants will have the chance to engage in discussions, network, and present their research during poster pitch sessions and oral presentations.
General attendant tickets are available until March 17th, while poster and oral presentations are accepted until 16th February here. The first four poster presenters from each Arqus university can register for free using the code The-COINS-2025-ARQUS-[University initials].
