Summer Law Programme II launched in Vilnius University
Summer Law Program for legal studies organized by the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University and Charlotte School of Law from North Carolina was launched for the law students on 29 June in Vilnius University.
The program involves 20 students from the United States and 13 students from Lithuania this year.
Six lectures will be delivered during the summer course, such as "Advertising Law in the EU," "Foreign Law in U.S. Courts", "Trade Secret Law", "Bioethics and Public Health", "Sales and Financial Markets".
In addition to the program of courses, U.S. students will have the opportunity for internship within the partnering institutions and organizations of the VU Law Faculty. This year two students of the Charlotte School of Law took the advantage of joining the Supreme Court for internship and one at the law firm "Valiūnas and partners Ellex".
The program will continue until 9 August. The students will receive certificates and the ECTS credits.
