Public lecture "Before the Silk Road: Food Networks in Prehistory"

The Centre of Oriental Studies is happy to invite you to a public lecture by Dr Giedrė Motuzaitė Matuzevičiūtė (Vilnius University):
"Before the Silk Road: Food Networks in Prehistory", which will explore how the spread of crops and animal husbandry in the Central Asian region reflects the complexity of human interactions and affected the development of local communities.
The lecture will be in English and it will take place on February 12th at 17.00 in K. Donelaičio room (Faculty of Philology, 1st floor), Vilnius University main building, Universiteto Street 3.
