We would kindly like to invite you to the open lecture that will be delivered by Sören Urbansky (Freiburg University, Germany), entitled "How the Iron Horse Conquered Manchuria: Russian and Japanese Railway Imperialism and Chinese Responses".
The lecture will deal with the geopolitical situation in the Far East during the first half of 20th century, which has important implications to the present China-Russia-Japan relations. Lecture will be delivered in English.
