Integracijos savaite 2020 naujienoms 1920x1280 ENGWe invite all first-year students to participate in integration events #StudentAUK organised by Vilnius University (VU).

Taking into account the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic announced by the World Health Organisation and the decisions adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, master's studies at VU will start on 1 September, and bachelor's students are invited to lectures as of 14 September. This academic year starts quite unusually; therefore, you can continuously follow all the most relevant information about studies in the context of the coronavirus pandemic at vu.lt/en/covid-19/student-affairs.
.
You can get acquainted with the services offered by VU by watching the videos in the VU Video Guide section. Here, you will find essential information about VU Library, the Centre of Culture, VU Students' Representation and VU Students Affairs and Career Office. You will also find out how to get psychological help and where to apply if you have a disability or if you want to volunteer both inside and outside the University. You are welcome to visit www.orientationweek.vu.lt  and find the programme prepared for foreign students.

As of 11 a.m. on 12 September, we invite everyone to the discussion festival titled „Ad Astra“ and the integration fair #StudentAUK. During the events, you will get acquainted with the University community, studies, organisations operating here, leisure and sports clubs. You will also be able to listen to discussions on various relevant topics featuring representatives of VU academic community, and in the evening, we will have fun with music groups Mėlyna, Celsijus and Baltas Kiras. The event will take place in the courtyard ensemble of VU old campus located in Vilnius Old Town (3 Universiteto Street). The new COVID-19-related requirements provide for a mandatory electronic pre-registration of guests. Click here to register for the event.

We encourage all first-year students to participate in all parts of the programme as it is an exceptional opportunity to get to know the whole large family of VU over a very short period of time.
