- Keywords: Laser-induced damage threshold test, LIDT
A laser source is needed for the measurements. The LIDT station can be used at a laser pulse repetition rate from 1 Hz to 100 kHz.
Measurements can be performed for laser radiation of 1030 – 1064 nm, 515-532 nm and 343 – 355 nm wavelengths. Automated positioning of the sample in X and Y directions is integrated (range of positioning ≥ 70 mm).
Application. Measurements of laser induced damage threshold of optical elements.
