The luminescence spectroscopy setup is used for luminescence measurements in UV-VIS spectral regions under stationary and quasi-stationary conditions, and with nanosecond time resolution.
Luminescence can be detected using photomultiplier tube in the spectral range of 160-930 nm with high spectral resolution, or using CCD camera in the range of 180-850 nm.
CW He-Cd laser (325 nm), nanosecond YAG:Nd laser and its harmonics (up to 5th, 213 nm), and tunable nanosecond laser (wavelength range 210-2300 nm) can be used for excitation.
Measurements can be performed in a wide temperature range 8-300 K, using closed cycle cryostat.
