Full set of scientific equipment for characterization of light sources.
This equipment is primarily focused on the solid-state light sources (LEDs) and other LED devices, but also can be used for common light sources (incandescent lamps and discharge lamps). The majority of equipment is produced by well-known international manufactures.
Application. The possibility to measure light sources optical flux and performance (0,2 – 11000 lm). The possibility to measure light sources optical flow spatial distribution and create digital IES file for further modeling. Angular resolution > 0,5°, the overall confidence interval +/- 5%. The possibility to measure the luminance (0,0001 - 200000 cd/m²) and colour of light sources (such as scoreboards, displays, signs) and illuminated surfaces (eg, streets). The confidence interval is +/- 4%, colour coordinate accuracy is +/- 0,005 Duv. The possibility to measure thermal characteristics of devices and equipment with high resolution thermal imager with close-up lenses if needed. (resoliution <1mm, temperature range -20—120°C). The possibility to examine electrical parameters of light sources (forward current, power, reactive power factor, high frequency harmonic distortion performance) for both AC and DC modes (0,01-20 A, 0-500 V, 15Hz-10kHz).
